Just two weeks after
Michael Jackson’s sudden
death, chilling reports concerning the singer’s drug consumption are surfacing.
CNN obtained a confidential document from 2004, which claimed Jackson was known to take more than 10 Xanax pills per night. The singer allegedly asked his employees to seek out prescription's in their own names in order to obtain more drugs. The reports also claims that the singer would travel to out of state doctors for more pills.
On Thursday, Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton said police are looking into a number of doctors who provided care for Jackson over the years and are investigating his prescription drug history.
According to a source close to the Jackson family, they are aware the investigation into the cause of Jackson’s death could turn into a criminal case.
“The family is aware of a potential criminal prosecution,” the source said.
CNN’s chief medical correspondent Sanjay Gupta was surprised by the alleged amount of Xanax, which is meant for the treatment of panic disorders.
I realized that day when the news shocked the world that Michael Jackson had died, that there was more to his story, and as soon as he was laid to rest the world was going to see that it ain't over! Of course millions of people paid om age to the King, calling him a legend saying that he was the greatest entertainer ever. Now that the dirt has been thrown on his grave, scandalous accusations about the man being a drug addict and more has surfaced. I don't know if its true or not, but do we really have to go their? Now the headlines are reading "WHO KILLED MICHAEL JACKSON" So since he died to soon, a witch hunt is out to prosecute any of his doctors who gave him a prescription medication. Hey lets forget the fact that he had money and he was traveling all over to get these drugs, we would never want to consider that he had a drug problem or better yet lets just forget that he had problems period! It seems that when ever we loose a superstar too soon, the first person we want to blame is the doctor. So is it safe to say, that we should start blaming the drug dealer for the junkie getting hooked? I pity the fact that we see problems developing all over the place and will not do anything to resolve it and after the fact so many people want to come running talking about I knew about it, i saw it happening. Unfortunately this is not the first mega superstar that we will loose to soon, and if, we are not willing to step up when they are alive, what good does it do when they're dead? Honestly it ain't over if you want to dwell on 'what ifs' but considering that we have laid the King of Pop to rest, shouldn't it be over?
