Bernie did Madoff but now he is carried off

Bernie Madoff days as a smooth criminal is over. The courts sentenced him to 150 years. Madoff came up with a clever way to con thousands of people out of their money totaling over 50 million dollars. The ponzi scheme allowed Bernie and his family to enjoy a lavish lifestyle of fame and fortune. His devastation is heart breaking and annihilated so many lives with his careless disregard for other people money!

150 years to much, I don't know... Lets look at this, he's already old and giving him 10 years is a life sentence! The electric chair should have been his sentence... I think all the wealth in his wife name should be seized sold and distributed back to the family's that lost their wealth. No matter what, she did not earn a dime of that ill gotten game! So why should she keep it?

Jessie Lee Peterson should loose his black card!

While listening to Bill Cunningham on Sunday I heard a man whom I thought was a white man degrading black people. The racist comments just blew my mind, I was thinking is this David Duke(former leader of Klu Klux Klan)? These were some of his comments "Bill, these white people have to quit letting them get away with pushing white people around". "Bill how can they say the racism still exist when we elected a black president"? "Bill Michael Jackson is nothing more than a child molester, and now they are trying to make him like the guy from Memphis, (Bill said) you mean Elvis, " yea... Michael Jackson was nothing compared to Elvis. Michael was nothing compared to Elvis and I am glad he is gone". Now through all this ranting and raving for several minutes, out of the blue I heard Cunningham says as "a black man how do you feel"?

Well I will be damn, I almost had a wreck my car. Black man o well I have heard it all, figure that...
So I guess Clayton Bigsby is the only racist black man towards black people. Who is Clayton Bigsby? Watch the clip below and it will all make sense.

Rev. Jessie Lee Peterson is his name, a racist nigger that hate black people!

Sick of the Blame game... Why isObama never right

Everyday I listen to the blame game on how Obama is never right. The continuous battery of blame being laid in his lap is so sicking. No matter what the problem is, when its all said and done it always his fault. Now just listening to ABC,NBC, CBS, MSNBC or CNN you would never never get the same perception. As a matter of fact you might hear some form of praise for how the President and how he is trying to turn the economy around. Although if you listen to Fox or a Conservative talk show host such as Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Bill o'Reilly, Mark Levin, Ben Fergerson or the great Michael Salvage. They make the president seem like a complete idiot. These host make the president appear to be the dumbest man on the face of the earth! At one point in time he was the Messiah through their eyes, from his point of wiew. They want us to think that he really portrayed himself in that manner. I even heard him called a Chicago street thug, a empty suit, Giggles the clown, a socialist and even a dictator.

I do understand the essence of the blame game for it does help with ratings but I personally don't agree with much of what these genius have to say. I started listening purely by accident and day in and day out it is the same ole thing... Over and and over again. How do they keep getting away with saying what they say?p?

I don't agree with 98% of there thought but they do make you think. My problem with the blame game is this, no matter what they start talking about they always end up the same way. Michael Jackson died, Obama should not have sent a letter to his family. Iran election was ridged, Obama should tell the people that he will help. The nation is 11 trillion dollars in debt, if Obama hadn't signed all these laws in action we would not be in this shape. Unemployment is at a all time high, where is Obama's hope and change now? Kim Jun IL shot a rocket, Obama is a coward for not shooting down that rocket. They approved cap and trade, Obama has a deal with GE, so they are going to benefit from this big deal. Obama only wants to tax the rich, what about most of the people in congress aren't they all rich, also isn't Obama rich?

Okay, you get my drift. I don't expect any special treatment but really is all the blame for the problems of the world his?

Now we are so sad...

Now the world is paying tribute to Michael Jackson since he is gone. How quickly we have erased from our mind the cruel jokes we laid at Michael feet,Wacko Jacko, molester? Unfortunately the last things that were in Michael Jackson mind is "why do they treat me like this". I wish that the love that the world is laying at his feet today, could have been the love that we laid in his hands yesterday. No tribute today can ease the pain that he felt over the years of his life. He was born with a gift and he continued to share it with the world, why couldn't we see that the effect of fame and success and how it twisted his life.

When you think about it Michael had no real friends... No real relationships, no real love and when you think about it no real connection with his family. I knew Jackson had issues, but did it really change him from being a icon?. In reality its like a gay brother or strange uncle who you can't leave the kids around, somethings we just accept it for what it is. We never knew the debt of our jokes and snide remarks, we just knew that we wanted to express our mind. Sometimes things happens for a reason. So no matter how much love, envy or hate that we had in our heart the truth has to sink in, that what we once said can not be taken back.

"Another Part of Me"

We made the mistake of listening but not hearing what the problem really was... Fiance was Michael problem and just maybe trying to prepare to earn money to pay debt was what help to become his demise.

So while reading the news I see that Jackson Estate is worth billions, how can this be he was 40 million in debt. Maybe if we could have fixed this problem yesterday, we would not be sad now. Every song that Michael sang had a message, now we are listening now saying wow...

Michael Jackson dead at 50, whats really going on?

Oddly enough the passing of the guards is coming more sooner than later. Wow I never thought that the day would come when I would see the king of Pop die. I thought that living a life as a old person was a gimme but now is it all a dream? I have seen so many super stars who life as ended so soon with no cause.

I suppose living our lives with the fast pace and forgetting to take care of ourselves may need to become a priority again? Eating healthy and exercising may be something we need to consider? Its shocking and quite true but a number of people that has been passing are barley in their fifty's? Reality has to kick in, just because you look health does not mean it!
Live for today.... Because tomorrow is not promise!!

Chris Brown's Sentence: What Effect Will It Have On His Career?

Computer Failure At Fault In D.C. Crash?

(CBS/AP) Investigators looking into the deadly crash of two Metro transit trains focused Tuesday on why a computerized system failed to halt an oncoming train, and why the train failed to stop even though the emergency brake was pressed.

At the time of the crash, the train also was operating in automatic mode, meaning it was controlled primarily by computer. In that mode, the operator's main job is to open and close the doors and respond in case of an emergency.

Debbie Hersman, an investigator with the National Transportation Safety Board, said it was unclear whether the emergency brake actually was engaged when Monday's crash occurred. The mushroom-shaped button that activates it was found pushed down in the operator's compartment.

Hersman said it was not clear when the button was pressed or how it got that way. She also cited evidence of braking on the train's rotors, indicating it was likely that the operator tried to slow down.

The train plowed into a stopped train ahead of it at the height of the Monday evening rush hour, killing nine people and injuring more than 70. It was the deadliest accident in the 30-year history of the Washington Metro.

Crews spent Tuesday pulling apart the trains' wreckage and searching for victims' bodies. Authorities worked to determine why the train's safeguards apparently did not kick in.

"That train was never supposed to get closer than 1,200 feet, period," said Jackie Jeter, president of a union that represents Metro workers.

All Metro trains were running on manual control as a precaution against computer malfunction.

The cars in the moving train were some of the oldest in the transit network, dating to the founding of the Metro system. read more

Tattoo gone wrong

In one of the most bizarre cases of tattoo jobs gone wrong, a Belgian woman named Kimberley Vlaminck claims that 56 stars were tattooed on the left side of her face, after she only asked for 3. The 18-year-old is suing tattoo artist Rouslan Toumaniantz, claiming that she fell asleep during the procedure. Although Toumaniantz maintains that Vlaeminck asked for all 56 stars, he has agreed to split the cost of removal. "Kimberley is unhappy and it is not my wish to have an unsatisfied client," Toumaniantz said. "There is a way to remove the tattoos with the help of a laser. I accept to pay for half the cost." Wireless Giants Deny Price-Fixing Texts

CNET) Executives from the nation's largest phone companies went to Capitol Hill Tuesday to defend themselves against allegations that they've been fixing prices on text messaging. Executives from AT&T and Verizon Communications testified before the Senate Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition Policy and Consumer Rights, saying their companies have not been involved in a conspiracy to hike text messaging rates. And they argued that competition is alive and well in the wireless market. The hearing was called in response to a letter sent in September from Sen. Herb Kohl (D-Wis.) to the four major U.S. operators - Verizon, AT&T, Sprint Nextel, and T-Mobile USA - asking them to explain why their text rates had all increased to 20 cents per message. Kohl noted in his letter that these rates marked a 100 percent increase since 2005. Shortly after the letter was sent, about 37 separate class action lawsuits were filed against wireless operators alleging price-fixing on text-messaging services. Both AT&T and Verizon have denied these claims. And the companies came to Capitol Hill to clear their names. "Especially in light of this litigation firestorm, we want to make it perfectly clear that AT&T sets the prices for all of its products on a unilateral basis," said Wayne Watts, general counsel for AT&T, in his written testimony. "There is no evidence to support an accusation that anyone at AT&T engaged in any inappropriate, much less illegal, behavior as alleged in these lawsuits." read more

MySpace is cutting nearly 30 percent of its work force

LOS ANGELES (AP) - MySpace said Tuesday it is cutting nearly 30 percent of its work force in a bid to become more efficient, bringing its staffing level more in line with its more popular rival, Facebook.
The move, the latest cost-cutting effort at the site, comes less than two months after the unit of Rupert Murdoch's News Corp. (NWS) (NWSA) hired former Facebook executive Owen Van Natta, 39, as its new chief executive.
It also comes a day after data from tracking firm comScore show Facebook has caught up with MySpace in monthly U.S. visitors for the first time.
"Simply put, our staffing levels were bloated and hindered our ability to be an efficient and nimble team-oriented company," Van Natta said in a statement.
The cuts amount to about 420 people, bringing the total number of MySpace's U.S. staff to 1,000. As of May, Facebook had about 850 employees worldwide, the vast majority in the United States.
MySpace's user base has stagnated at about 125 million worldwide users, while Facebook said its usage has doubled to more than 200 million in less than a year.
Until now, MySpace still had the edge among U.S. users. But numbers from comScore show that in May, MySpace and Facebook both had about 70 million users apiece in the United States.
MySpace generates more revenue, according to Internet research firm eMarketer; it estimates that MySpace generated about $605 million in global advertising revenue last year, compared with $250 million for Facebook. MySpace's revenue is expected to shrink next year while Facebook's is seen as growing. read more

Blogger's baby was a hoax

The unmarried mother's story about giving birth to a child diagnosed as terminally ill in the womb hit a major nerve on the Internet.Every night for the last two months, thousands of abortion opponents across the nation logged on to a blog run by the suburban Chicago woman who identified herself only as "B" or "April's Mom."People said they prayed that God would save her pregnancy. They e-mailed her photos of their children dressed in pink, bought campaign T-shirts, shared tales of personal heartache and redemption, and sent letters and gifts to an Oak Lawn P.O. box in support. As more and more people were drawn to her compelling tale, eager advertisers were lining up. And established parenting Web sites that oppose abortion were promoting her blog -- which included biblical quotes, anti-abortion messages and a soundtrack of inspirational Christian pop songs.

Cristiano Ronaldo accepts a world record £80m bid

Manchester United have performed an incredible about-turn on Cristiano Ronaldo by accepting a world record £80m bid from Real Madrid for the Portuguese winger. Ronaldo, currently on holiday in Los Angeles, has informed Manchester United of his desire to leave Old Trafford for the Bernabeu and the Premier League champions have now granted his wish by allowing him to speak to Real over a transfer.
In a brief statement issued on the club website this morning, United confirmed that they have accepted Real's offer, while stipulating that the deal must be wrapped up by June 30.
The statement said: "Manchester United have received a world-record, unconditional offer of £80million for Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid.

"At Cristiano's request - who has again expressed his desire to leave - and after discussion with the player's representatives, United have agreed to give Real Madrid permission to talk to the player.
"Matters are expected to be concluded by 30 June. The club will not comment until further notice.
Having failed to prise Ronaldo away from Old Trafford last summer, Real have now stunned United with the size of their offer for the 24 year-old, who cost the Premier League champions £12.2m as a 17-year-old from Sporting Lisbon in 2003.
Ronaldo has done little to hide his desire to play for Real and his behaviour towards the end of last season, when he reacted angrily to being substituted against Manchester City at Old Trafford, highlighted cracks in his relationship with manager Sir Alex Ferguson. more

LAPD detective Stephanie Lazaraus is charged in the murder love triangle 23 years later

She had a sworn duty to protect others. But her fellow police officers allege that one of their own -- a detective -- is a murderer who was involved in a love triangle more than two decades ago.

Los Angeles police Detective Stephanie Lazarus, 49, is being held without bail on charges that she killed Sherri Rasmussen in 1986 after Rasmussen married Lazarus' ex-boyfriend, John Ruetten.
While Lazarus has, for now, traded her badge for an orange jumpsuit, the attorney for Rasmussen's family said he was outraged that the LAPD did not investigate its detective for 23 years and accused the department of ignoring vital clues from Rasmussen's parents. more

She then got out of her pick-up truck and then the confrontation got nastier.
"Give me the f--king ticket now," she said. "Get over here now," Bieze replied.

Bieze then shoved the woman. He said it was to keep her out of traffic whizzing by.
"You're gonna shove me?! You're gonna shove a 72 year old woman," Winkfein said.
But Bieze would do more than just shove Winkfein.
"If you don't stand back, I'm gonna tase you," he tells Winkfein.
"Go ahead, taser me," Winkfein replied.

After warning Winkfein a half dozen times, Bieze makes good on all of those threats.
"Get on the ground! Get on the ground," Bieze can be heard yelling as Winkfein screams. "Now put your hands behind your back." "Put your hands behind your back or you're going to be tased again," see more

Another female teacher arrested for having sex with students

There on the front page was yet another case of an adult female teacher being arrested for admitting to having had sex with an underage male student. This time the alleged perp was Maria Guzman Hernandez, a 32-year-old instructor at the private Our Lady of Charity school in Hialeah; her victim was 15. But she just as well could have been the 34-year-old Jacksonville public-school science teacher arrested last month for allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old student, once in her SUV; the 32-year-old St. Petersburg teacher collared in March for allegedly "sexting" nude pictures of herself to an eighth-grade boy; or the 45-year-old teacher at a private Christian academy in South Daytona who was arrested days before for allegedly having sex with a boy from her class in various Daytona Beach hotels.

Other female teachers in Florida have been booked for the same crime this year — and scores of others have been arrested or disciplined in the past few years for sexual misconduct with students, according to a recent investigation by the Orlando Sentinel, which noted the problem is rising in the state "among female educators in particular." Florida, of course, is hardly the only state where female teachers have been nabbed for preying on boys. And nationwide, male teachers still commit far more acts of sexual misconduct than females. A 2004 Education Department study found that about 10% of the nation's 50 million public-school students had experienced some kind of improper sexual attention from teachers and other school employees, and a 2007 Associated Press report indicated that men were involved almost 90% of the time. What's more, even in Florida, those offenders are a small fraction of the state's more than 200,000 public- and private-school teachers. (See the top 10 crime stories of 2008.) more

Dr. George Tiller was shot and killed while serving as an usher at his Wichita church

Dr. George Tiller, whose Kansas women's clinic frequently took center stage in the U.S. debate over abortion, was shot and killed while serving as an usher at his Wichita church Sunday morning, police said.

Dr. George Tiller was one of the few U.S. physicians that performed late-term abortions.

Wichita police said a 51-year-old man from the Kansas City, Kansas, area was in custody in connection with the slaying of Tiller, who was one of the few U.S. physicians who still performed late-term abortions.
The killing, which came about 16 years after Tiller survived a shooting outside his Wichita clinic, took place shortly after 10 a.m. Sunday at Reformation Lutheran Church. Officers found the 67-year-old dead in the foyer, police said.
Witnesses provided a description of the car and a license number of the killer's getaway vehicle, Wichita police spokesman Gordon Bassham said. Police stopped a blue Ford Taurus matching the description about three hours later in Gardner, about 30 miles southwest of Kansas City, and took the driver into custody.
No charges had been filed Sunday evening and no motive for the killing was immediately known, but Wichita police Detective Tom Stoltz told reporters: "We think we have the right person arrested." more
