Insanity the views of a wage earner

The Insanity views of a wage earner are the thoughts of a person who believes that he can work a 40 hr job and one day become a millionaire. You see Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again knowing what the outcome will be, but expecting to get a different result. Lets face it, as long as you work for someone, you limit your chance for ever achieving that pinnacle point of success!

Through the determination that allows you to wake up each morning and get to work on time is the same determination that you need to have when you decided to go in to business for yourself!

Here is something that you need to know as a wage earner, that you receive 3 tax breaks.
These Deductions are:

1) Kids
2) Charitable Contributions
3) Interest on Your Home.

Lets face it 60 percent of the public is renting and they loose part of their tax break and if they do not have kids well they loose out period.

Now if you are a Small Business Owner with a business online you can claim over 150 deductions!

As a business minded individual you have to believe in you and your ability to earn. Invest your time wisely and follow your heart and your mind for it will not lead you wrong. Always look for a mentor to help you in business. A mentor is a person that shares ideals concepts and view points to help you open up your mind and expand your horizon.

Woman Faces 15 Years for Cutting Line at Walmart,

Heather Ellis of Kennett, Mo., has quite a story to tell. It all started nearly three years ago in a local Wal-Mart.

Ellis was shopping in the store with a cousin, and the two temporarily parted ways to find the shortest line. Seeing that the other line was moving faster, Ellis went to get in line with her cousin.

She was accused of cutting the line by a store employee, who then notified the security guard. According to Ellis, she was shoved by another customer, had her items pushed to the side and was shortchanged when she finally checked out. The police affidavit states that Ellis was belligerent, loud, abusive and cursing when she was told to leave the store by the assistant manager.

Ellis' aunt, Lily Blackmon, received a frantic call from her son and claims that when she arrived, her daughter's head was being repeatedly banged against the police car as she told officers that she wasn't resisting arrest. Blackmon, who was a probation officer in the town for 11 years, asked the officers why her niece was getting such rough treatment.

"I said, 'What is going on?' And all [the officer] could say was, 'She cursed,'" said Blackmon.

Ellis was charged with disturbing the peace, trespassing, resisting arrest and two counts of assaulting a police officer. She was then offered a plea deal by Dunklin County Prosecutor Stephen Sokoloff. The prosecutor offered to drop the felony counts to one misdemeanor of disturbing the peace, as long as Ellis signed the plea deal. Her aunt claims that the deal was offered so their family wouldn't file a lawsuit.

Ellis refused to take the plea deal, claiming that she wasn't willing to admit to something she didn't do; however, 11 months later, the misdemeanor counts were dropped, which seemed to be good news. The good news, though, was replaced with something even more disturbing.

It turned out that the misdemeanor counts had been replaced by felonies. Ellis now faces 15 years in prison if convicted. When her aunt went to prosecutor Sokoloff to find out what happened, Sokoloff allegedly told her, "Mrs. Ellis, when you get through, I don't care what you say. You may as well take my way out. My way was the plea bargain. If you don't take that way, I can assure you, you'll never win in here."

Ellis claims that her pending convictions have cost her two jobs and the chance to enter medical school, but she still refuses to sign the plea deal. Racism recently entered in to the story when Ellis was handed KKK cards from a Kennett police officer warning her about her actions. The cards stated, "You've just been paid a social visit by the Ku Klux Klan; the next visit will not be social." The officer claims that he only showed the family the cards to make them aware of the situation. Since that time, and after a dramatic plea for support, people have come to help Heather. The site www.SaveHeatherEllis.com has emerged, and her father appeared on CNN on the 15th of October to tell her story.

All I can say is not again... We finally got Jena 6 cleared up, now this crap pops up. Everyday when I am listening to talk show radio I hear about how so many blacks in the US are racist. Now when something racial pops up that is truly racist, guess who refuses to talk about it, that's right you guessed it the Limbaugh's of America. These talk show millionaires refuse to keep it real and choose to hide behind the constant attacks of blaming Obama for everything that is wrong with the US.

I think that every time this crap keeps floating to the top we have to ban together and fight it tooth and nail. You see if we won't stand for something we will fall for everything. We should be tired of the banana in the tail pipe. Through history I have saw much racial injustice that has been subjected to minorities in our country. To be honest people I just want it to end, no fogged mirrors or slight of hand just down to earth shoot straight and keep it real. If you give absolutely nothing then you can expect to get exactly what you give. Nothing!!!

Sarah Kruzan: 16-Year-Old sentenced to life for killing pimp

I was browsing the web a few days ago when I ran across the following headline: "16yr old gets life in prison for killing her pimp." Perhaps my considerable awareness of the way the internet works--Shock and Awe = Traffic--was what led to initial skepticism; but once I clicked the YouTube video link, all ambiguity vacated.

I was introduced to the story of Sarah Kruzan, 29, a female inmate in California. Filmed by the National Center for Youth Law, an advocacy group assisting her, Sarah tells in full detail her background, and the path leading up to the prison cell she resides in today.

Sarah Kruzan.jpg

She grew up in Riverside, California, in the home of a drug-addicted mother who frequently abused her. Nonetheless, this "over-achiever" excelled in school, making the principal's Honor Roll consistently, running track, winning a Young Author's Award for a book on the effects of drugs. It all seemed like the perfect Horatio Alger mythology come true, until she met a 31-year-old man, G.G.

The missing "father figure" vacuum in her life was happily filled by G.G. who would take her and her friends skating and to the mall. "G.G. was there at some times," she says, "and he would talk to me, take me out, and give me all these lavish gifts... and then he would tell me, sex-wise, 'you don't need to give it up for free'." G.G. was a skilled manipulator who knew what he wanted, and just how to get it. When Sarah turned 13, he raped her.

"He uses his manhood to hurt--like break you in," Sarah recounts. The break-you-in allusion is a mere euphemism for prostitution. At that same age, Sarah was put on the streets, working 12-hour shifts (6P.M.-6.A.M.) for G.G. Sarah saw none of the money she worked for. "Everything was his," she reports.

Three years later, fed up and frustrated, Sarah snapped and killed G.G., and was subsequently sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Plus four years.

She recounts the court proceedings: "I remember my lawyer saying that he wanted to ask for me to be sentenced as a Juvenile because Y.A. [California Youth Authority] had found me amenable and susceptible to the treatment; but the judge said that because of my crime--and he said it was well thought-out--that I deserved life without."

"That means I'm gonna die here," she heartbreakingly reflects. And with tears soaking up her eyes, admits all wrongdoing: "I definitely know I deserve punishment: I mean, you don't just take somebody's life and think that it's okay; so, yes, definitely, I deserve punishment." But then she asks, and answers, a question the judge who sentenced her should have pondered more carefully: "How much? I don't know."

Even while the possibility of life beyond bars looks gloomy for Sarah, she's tried to "educate" herself, "reading books," though admits it's hard to "excel in prison."

Perhaps this was what her judge imagined when he condemned her for lack of "moral scruples." But given the opportunity at a parole hearing, Sarah would like to tell the board: "first of all, I've learned what moral scruples are; second, that every day is a challenge ... that I've found the ability to believe in myself, and that I have a lot of good to offer, now--the person who I am today, at 29: I believe that I could set a positive example. I'm very determined to show that no matter what you've done, or where you've come from, or what you've experienced in life, it's up to you to change."

This is California, a state with 150,000 inmates, 70% recidivism, 200% capacity, and $10 billion for its prison industrial complex budget. So, it makes sense that even harmless offenders like Sarah Kruzan, whose action while unlawful seem reasonable, are condemned as irredeemable, thus deserving of an existence devoid of any shot at redemption.

But there's another side to it: There's the pervasive sexism and misogyny of the justice system that fails to receive sufficient address even in the most progressive of circles. While the disproportionate incarceration of Black males is in need of all legal, moral, and financial challenge available, the booming of an incarcerated female population is in dire need of an equally ferocious amount of intervention. For instance, the Women In Prison Project, a non-profit social group, reported in March last year that "[f]rom 1995 to 2006, the number of women inmates in state and federal prisons nationwide increased by 64%." And that the "growth rate for women in state and federal prisons in 2006 (4.5%) was higher than the average annual rate of growth in each of the previous five years (2.9%)."

In all the years Sarah Kruzan was being abused, tortured, manhandled, and molested, it's hard to imagine no one who mattered was unaware. But it also has to do with "public attitudes," as PBS reported last year in a short exposé, Fighting Child Prostitution. Using the Atlanta prostitution market as a case study, it revealed several instances where teenage prostitutes were "going to jail while their pimps and johns ran free." Alesia Adams, a renowned social worker on issues around sexual exploitation, explained: "Very few people see these children as victims. And they don't understand the ... victimization of this child and the dynamics of what has happened to her."

In short, more than a legal matter, it reflects the priorities and presuppositions of a society morally bankrupt. It explains why the 2005 Academy Award for Best Original Song was awarded to "It's Hard Out Here for a Pimp," a commercial Rap tale about the hardships of "making change off these women."

Chances are if G.G. had survived that day, it's unlikely any charges would have been filed against him for conducting a prostitution ring, or for robbing young girls of their innocence. The more likely outcome is what developed after his death: The transformation of an assailant into a victim, and of a victim into an assailant.

In such a sexually involved case as this, punishing the victim to redeem the assailant is nothing new. The story of Lena Baker, a Black maid denied clemency and afterward executed in 1945 for killing her White male pimp/captor, rips the veil off a society, and its justice system, in bed with Patriarchy. ("What I done, I did in self-defense or I would have been killed myself. Where I was, I could not overcome it.")

Of course, beyond the criminalization of Youth and the pervasiveness of sexism in the legal system, it also grants evidence to the militarized surrounding enveloping all segments of our lives.

We all know the case of two Pennsylvania judges exposed earlier this year for receiving $2.6 million in kickbacks by sending teenagers to a privately run juvenile detention center--sometimes for crimes such as building spoof MySpace pages to satirize a school principal. But even with the aid of such opportune revelation, mainstream press still fell short of broadening the discourse to include concerns about the school-to-prison pipeline, or the penitentiary privatization schemes that bank on the missteps of human beings.

Acclaimed playwright Wallace Shawn touched on this with grace in his latest text, Essays. [Haymarket Books, 2009, p. 20.] He wrote: "We actually have a large army as well, and a navy and an air force, plus the F.B.I., Coast Guard, Central Intelligence Agency, and marine--oy. It turned out that simply in order to be secure and protect our neighborhood, we needed an empire."

This is the empire that greed built. And its captives include anyone as young as 5 and as old as 84.

I thought discrimination was over...

A group of African-American firefighters in Philadelphia has gone to federal court, alleging that the firefighters' union openly discriminates against its black members."The union's response is that there is no discrimination."

The lawsuit claims that members of firefighters' Local 22 has been racially hostile and at times abusive toward African-American members, including in comments on the union web site.

Attorney Brian Mildenberg is representing the black firefighters:

"There's just a constant teasing and taunting of African-American firefighters. That's on the Internet, and unfortunately it's spilling over as well into the actual union hall and union meetings."

Bob Bedard, spokesman for Local 22, denies the charges:

Mildenberg wants a federal judge to appoint a civil rights monitor.

The firefighters' case is similar to one filed about a year ago by black Philadelphia police officers who cited rampant discrimination and harassment in the department, including on an unofficial police web site called dome lights.com. That web site has since gone out of operation.

Why does so many people in the United States think that because a black president was elected that discrimination was going to magically disappeared? Unfortunately the bigotry and shallow minded thinking of some people still exist. I think that one could argue that my statement is false, but the KKK and skin heads are just 2 of the 926 hate groups scattered over the United States. America has came along way in how they treat people of color. Lets face it, people of color help to construct America and make it what it is. Discrimination is not what it was 20 years ago but it still is a way of life for some. Lets face it all you have to do is listen to some and watch others to figure out that discrimination, still is in full effect and it shows in how they act and how they act and treat people.. The number of discrimination cases in America has significantly dropped but lets face it, it is not over today, tomorrow and it will not end in the next 20 years. So don't be surprised that you will see more cases like this in the near future. As some people say " It is what it is".

Dc Sniper is no more

The DC sniper is no more, John Allen Muhammad, the man behind the 2002 Washington D.C.-area sniper attacks - is no more.
Muhammad possessed a calm, stoic and defiant posture to the end. Muhammad refused to utter any final words. He died by injection at 9:11 p.m. Tuesday as relatives of the victims watched, reliving the killing spree that terrorized the Washington, D.C., area for three weeks that October.

The 48-year-old stepped foot into the Virginia's death chamber and within seconds was lying on a gurney, tapping his left foot, his arms spread wide with a needle dug into each. It never seems enough to just kill a killer...

The destruction and attack on the city at that time left the world in horror as they were watching people dropping like flies with no explanations, because no one knew who was killing all those people. I wonder each and every day why has society achieved such a violent level of kill everyone before they die? Each year we have killers who reach this sick status of popularity simply because they were killers and what makes them more unique is the fact that they wrote their way in history, Ted Bundy, Son Of Sam, Timothy McVay and this list goes on but the great end to this story they are no more!

Your time as come to Grow gray

Have you ever watched someone try to cover up gray hair by dyeing it? Or maybe you wonder why your granddad has a full head of silver hair when in old pictures it used to be dark brown? Getting gray, silver, or white hair is a natural part of growing older, and here's why.

Okay so lets look at this, each hair on our heads is made up of two parts:

  • a shaft - the colored part we see growing out of our heads
  • a root - the bottom part, which keeps the hair anchored under the scalp

The root of every strand of hair is surrounded by a tube of tissue under the skin that is called the hair follicle (say: fah-lih-kul). Each hair follicle contains a certain number of pigment cells. These pigment cells continuously produce a chemical called melanin (say: meh-luh-nin) that gives the growing shaft of hair its color of brown, blonde, red, and anything in between.

Melanin is the same stuff that makes our skin's color fair or darker. It also helps determine whether a person will burn or tan in the sun. The dark or light color of someone's hair depends on how much melanin each hair contains.

As we get older, the pigment cells in our hair follicles gradually die. When there are fewer pigment cells in a hair follicle, that strand of hair will no longer contain as much melanin and will become a more transparent color - like gray, silver, or white - as it grows. As people continue to get older, fewer pigment cells will be around to produce melanin. Eventually, the hair will look completely gray.

People can get gray hair at any age. Some people go gray at a young age - as early as when they are in high school or college - whereas others may be in their 30s or 40s before they see that first gray hair. How early we get gray hair is determined by our genes. This means that most of us will start having gray hairs around the same age that our parents or grandparents first did.

Gray hair is more noticeable in people with darker hair because it stands out, but people with naturally lighter hair are just as likely to go gray. From the time a person notices a few gray hairs, it may take more than 10 years for all of that person's hair to turn gray.

Some people think that a big shock or trauma can turn a person's hair white or gray overnight, but scientists don't really believe that this happens. Just in case, try not to freak out your parents too much. You don't want to be blamed for any of their gray hairs!

Some people think that you can fight the process of aging by eating certain fruits or vegetables. Let face the truth if that was the case do you think these multi millionaires would continue aging ??? Lets face the truth, the only things that are certain in this world is life and death.

So my friend after after you reach the age of thirty get ready to enjoy the ride as your body make a steady decline and takes you to a state of old age and you will realize that your time has come as well.

Pot of gold at the end ot the rainbow

I have lived my life with the dream that I would one day become rich and famous, but it has not happened to me yet. Still I believe and I continue to push pass the point of no return so that I can go to the next level. In some instances I worked more jobs in one year than most people have worked in their lifetime. Some where in the hustle of life I realized that I really don't want to work for anyone although I do have to survive. I just want to be my own boss...Through all of my endeavors I keep searching for that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow with no success. I have dedicated my life to 6 day work weeks and 10 to 12 hour days to make it to the top, I have reached minor levels of success but it has not allowed me to go to the next level.

If their is one thing that any one person in my life would say is that I live by my convictions!. I am a hard worker and my ideals are unique and make sense. My search for the infamous pot of gold has lead me to the conclusion that nothing in life comes easy and you have to work for it. I wanted to give up several times and just throw the towel in but a voice in me says take one more step for that may be the one to push you over the edge.

These are three things that I learned: that you have to live each day as if its your last. Don't make the same mistakes twice, and never give up. Everyone has a story to tell and in their journey how they rose to the top! I am no different except this time when I make it, nothing will hold me back.

I like numbers and I am always pushing numbers to the ridiculous and I figured out that the Power of 10 is exactly what the doctor ordered. Its not a get rich quick scheme, but a calculated plan that allows you to make a nice income for a group click! I

Think about this if you had 100 pennies you would have 1 dollar right? So in so many words 100 pennies make 1 dollars, and having dollars make sense. That is the concept of the Power of 10 works!

The Gun Man Within

photo
I can understand the US shock after the Muslim doctor kills 13 on the army base. Can anyone say that they truly did not think that this could happen?. Alright I was a little surprised but lets face reality, has there not been a day when someone at work as pissed you off? I mean no matter what you do, where you go, or when you are doing it, they show up! An they manage to work their magic on you and have you pissed off to the point that you want to fight or maybe, just maybe kill them??? I am not surprised, for we all have that gunman within us, but we learn to suppress the urges to want to kick that ass or possibly do worse.

Unfortunately the same cage that contains our aggression and keeps us from reacting, can be the same cage that releases that unreleased emotion and catches the world off guard when it gets away. That gunman within is the person that once he gets started, he just can not stop... He kills all that he sees and turn the gun on himself or force them to kill him. I have noticed one thing about the gunman, he does not care anymore and his one last action is to kill all he can before he dies. As silly as it may sound the gun man within has already made peace with himself and he knows what the final out come is going to be, that he is going to die the minute he start shooting. It like the light bulb that you turn on and it blows that second!. Basically, it is what it is!

I think that we just have to look at life for what it is today, our society as evolved into a much more violent version of what we once were. Think about this in the past 2 years do you know that we have had over 20 situations just like this? I believe in my heart that we have not seen the worse yet! Unless we figure out why we are having the out burst of anger each and every month of the year it will only get worse. For the gunman within is still their, you just have not turned on the switch!

I keep hearing that People String Is the One!

I have heard several things about this People String. Some say that it is the one. You know the one to help you make what many call a unlimited income. My Fascination is not that its another money making Opportunity, but its a ideal that makes sense, and it does not cost you a anything to join! In common terms People String want to become the Avon of the Internet! Avon became a dynasty simply by using word of mouth advertising, and sharing the wealth. I think that this is a opportunity of a life time and all I have to do is surf the net and tell my friends, and invite them to join. I have been skeptical with opportunities that seem to good to be true, but after watching this video I am in. I embedded the video so that you can see it for yourself.

This Video is for current and future peoplestring.com members to help them determine if people string is a scam. if you are looking to join go to my page and sign up. Things to Think about

Two Minute Management Course

1. Lesson One
A small rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, "Can I also sit like you and do nothing?"

The eagle answered: "Sure, why not."

So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle and rested.

All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Management Lesson - To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.

2. Lesson Two
A turkey was chatting with a bull. "I would love to be able to get to
the top of that tree, " sighed the turkey, "but I haven't got the
energy."

"Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?" replied the bull.
"They're packed with nutrients."

The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him
enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next
day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally
after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the
tree.

He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree.

Management Lesson - Bull shit might get you to the top, but it won't
keep you there.

3. Lesson Three
A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold, the bird
froze and fell to the ground into a large field.

While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him.
As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to
realize how warm he was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay
there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy.

A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following
the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and
promptly dug him out and ate him.

Management Lesson -
(1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.
(2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.
(3) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

This ends your two minute management course.

Sex offender charged with five counts of murder

Anthony Sowell appeared Wednesday before Municipal Court Judge Ronald Adrine on five counts of aggravated murder.

The 50-year-old Sowell looked straight at the judge as a prosecutor asked that he be held without bond and described him as an "incredibly dangerous threat to the public."

Sowell has been in jail since last week after police recovered the bodies of six women from his home. On Tuesday, authorities unearthed four more corpses from the backyard and found a skull in a bucket in the basement.

Cleveland police planned to continue the search for victims on Wednesday. They have extended their efforts to boarded-up homes in the neighborhood where residents complained for years of a stench that one even said "smelled like a dead body."

Some in the community want an investigation into why it took so long to trace the grisly source.

Sowell, a registered sex offender who lives in the home, was charged Tuesday with five counts of aggravated murder, as well as rape, felonious assault and kidnapping.

"It appears that this man had an insatiable appetite that he had to fill," police Chief Michael McGrath said.

Police discovered the bodies of six women Thursday and Friday after a woman reported being raped at Sowell's home. All six were black, and five were strangled. Authorities did not provide the genders or races of the bodies found Tuesday.

Police do not know whether the skull belongs to an 11th victim, Stacho said. McGrath said the skull was found wrapped in paper bag in a bucket.

Fire department crews plan to search in the walls and ceiling of Sowell's home, McGrath said.

"I would like to believe there is nothing else there, but we won't know until we search everything," he said.

The bodies could have been there anywhere from weeks to months to years, said Powell Caesar, a spokesman for the Cuyahoga County coroner, who is attempted to identify the remains through DNA and dental records.

"I can imagine how families feel who have reported a missing person, and anxiety that they are going through," said Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson. "We want to assure them as soon as we know something they will be the first to know."

McGrath said he would not be surprised if some of the victims were never reported missing.

"I have to believe at this point all these victims voluntarily went to this residence," he said.

Detectives used cadaver dogs and digging equipment to scour the home and backyard Tuesday, looking for evidence to connect Sowell to the bodies, Stacho said.

Police turned up nothing in an initial search of a quarter-mile swath of abandoned homes near Sowell's residence, which sits in a crowded inner-city neighborhood of mostly older houses.

Investigators plan to scour another quarter-mile area Wednesday, McGrath said. He said Sowell did not have a car and would have had to take a city bus to travel.

A crowd of about 100 people milled about and chatted near the home Tuesday evening. A short while later, about 50 people joined hands and put their arms around each other in the middle of the street and prayed aloud.

"What kind of man was this?" wondered Regina Woodland, who lives about two blocks away.

"He couldn't have been human."

One of those in the crowd, Antoinnette Dudley, 29, lives a few houses away. She said she could smell a terrible odor like something was dead all summer. She said she saw Sowell only a few times, mainly drinking beer while he sat on his porch.

"I didn't think he was that sick," she said.

Sowell is a registered sex offender and is required to check in regularly at the sheriff's office. Officers didn't have the right to enter his house, but they would stop by to make sure he was there. Their most recent visit was Sept. 22, just hours before the woman reported being raped.

For the past few years, Sowell's neighbors thought the foul smell enveloping their street corner had been coming from a brick building where workers churned out sausage and head cheese.

It got so bad that the owners of Ray's Sausage replaced their sewer line and grease traps.

City Councilman Zack Reed, whose mother lives a block from the area, said he called the city health department on more than one occasion.

"What happened from there, we don't know," he said. "It was no secret that there was a foul odor. We don't want to point fingers, but clearly something could have been done differently."

Reed said he and other community leaders want an investigation into whether police and health inspectors missed signs that could have tipped them off to the bodies.

Reed said he can't imagine how police officers and sheriff's deputies could have missed the smell. His office records show that he called the health department in 2007 after a resident told him about an odor that "smelled like a dead body," he said.

Investigators said one of the six bodies found last week had been in a shallow grave in the backyard. The rest were inside the house - one in the basement, two in the third-floor living room and two in an upstairs crawl space.

This is unbelievable, that people could smell the decaying bodies but thought that it was the factory down the street. What a sick individual this guy was to actually sit in the house and deal with that foul smell. The death chamber is not enough for a individual like this. It is all ways something odd how these sick individual manage to get caught, its always a fluke and then all hell unfolds. First the DC sniper and now this, I would never have dreamed that a black man would have done this kind of crime

When is doing your best good enough?

Sometimes putting you best foot forward is never enough. When it is dealing with Child Support Courts, no matter what state it is in. These opinions that your best is never good enough, blows me away! "Your honor that is all I make, my company went out of business, and I just don't make the money that I used to". Then these judges with their smart ass answers well "I suggest that you get another job, and try harder". The nerve of some of the SOB's kills me, for they will lock a man up quick, fast, and in a hurry if he falls behind on payments.

I understand that some men do fall behind and just can not pay... I hate the fact that they are labeled a dead beat dad! Somethings are beyond his control, but if he makes contact with his children and tries what more can he do? Although if he is making the money and is not paying give him that label that he has earned, "DEADBEAT".

Why is it the ones who owe $15 k and more are sill running the streets but the guy that owes $1k is sitting in jail waiting to go to Court? Go figure that!!!

Michael Savage is in rare form

Michael Savage is in rare form he went out on a limb and made a statement that Glen Beck would be off Fox within 6 months. Savage says that he can see the writing on the wall and that he was certain that Beck would either be fired or give some lame excuse as why he is leaving his show. Savage never seems to surprise me with his brash rants of people places and things. A couple of months ago he was banned from Britain because of his radical views. It really is a surprise how these radio host scream bloody murder when you back them to the wall with something they said.

Unfortunately as much as I like Savage open door policy he is a tool and every now, and then jerk can go with it. I think that there has to be limit to what can be said, hey wait a minute if we limit his first amendment right, then we limit my own... Never Mine!

Tracey Morgan so deep

I will be the first to say that I thought that he was just a silly ass individual. He took my perception to another level of understanding with his intense thinking. I tip my hat to this man he really impressed me!!!

Mary Murphy reveals the spousak abuse that she suffered

LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) -- TV dance judge Mary Murphy said singer Chris Brown's attack on his girlfriend, Rihanna, prompted her to talk publicly about spousal abuse that she says she suffered first as a teenage bride three decades ago.

Mary Murphy says she was abused by her ex-husband during their nine-year marriage.

Mary Murphy says she was abused by her ex-husband during their nine-year marriage.

Murphy -- the vivacious judge on Fox TV's "So You Think You Can Dance" -- told CNN's Larry King that she wants other victims to learn from how she endured, but escaped, domestic violence.

Discovering her talent with dance eventually changed her life and helped her flee the relationship after nine years, she said.

Her ex-husband strongly denied that he ever physically or mentally abused Murphy, whom he married in 1978 soon after they met as teenagers in college.

"I did just tuck it away and just buried it and went on with my life and I thought that, you know, I could leave it there and I wanted to leave it there until my father died a couple years ago," Murphy said. Video Watch Murphy discuss abuse in her marriage »

Discussions with her dying father led to him apologizing for not being "my knight in shining armor" by intervening, she said.

But Murphy said seeing a photo of singer Rihanna's bruised face, taken soon after Brown's admitted attack last February, convinced her to go public with the story.

"I still had no intention to talk to anybody until I saw Rihanna's face and seeing that just brought it all up."

"Abuse, it just survives and thrives in silence," Murphy said.

US Weekly magazine's current issue offers a detailed version of Murphy's revelations in its cover story.

Don't Miss

Murphy tells the magazine about a whirlwind romance that began in 1977 when she was a 19-year-old Ohio State University student -- swept off her feet by an 18-year-old who was "extraordinarily handsome."

She told King that the marriage began "getting out of control" after just three months when her husband's jealously triggered fights.

"It increased until we started to have just horrible fights," she said. "And then at the time, after a fight in which I didn't want to have sex, it just escalated to the point that he literally had to rape me in order for me to have sex."

When a neighbor called police to her home, Murphy said she was too frightened to press charges.

"I looked at him and with the look on his face, I said 'absolutely not' and went back in my room and just laid there and cried," she said.

Murphy said she left her husband several times over the nine-year marriage, but "there weren't the shelters that there are today."

"I did try to leave, and I was having a hard time making it, and he would sweet talk me and I would go back" she said. "It was back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. And I don't feel really proud of that."

Murphy discovered her talent and love of dance several years into the marriage when she took a summer job at a dance studio while her husband was away for several months running the family's business in the Middle East, she said.

"It made me feel beautiful instead of how I was probably really feeling inside, totally ashamed and dirty," she said.

Their marriage ended only after she and her husband renewed their vows in a wedding ceremony in front of his family and friends in Amman, Jordan, in 1985.

She learned he had a girlfriend -- to whom he was engaged -- in the Middle East. It was his infidelity that convinced her to divorce him, she said.

Her former husband -- who spoke to Larry King off the air -- said he was "totally shocked" by Murphy's account of their marriage. "I never harmed her," he said.

"If all of these allegations are true, she could have had me deported," he said. He is not a U.S. citizen.

He questioned if her motivation was "more fame or sympathy."

Still, he said he is "very, very proud" of her.

Murphy told King his response is what she expected.

"I think a lot of men out there, by the way, that when they do get married they feel like this is their right to do whatever they want to do, and it's not," she said. "And I was a scared, frightened person."

Murphy said she is still afraid of her former husband.

"I'm not going to lie to you that he still scares me," she said. "I still live in fear that he will do something to me, that I will go missing."

Fear of not being able to make it on her own still drives her today, she said.

"I put this behind me, went out and worked like I've never worked before," she said. "And I still work today like I could still be homeless."

76 year old man arrested for fighting

Two Florida men were arrested last week after they got into a fistfight at a St. Petersburg, Florida City Council meeting.

Council members were discussing, of all things, whether or not to privatize a city sidewalk outside a local shopping plaza. Police say after the Council voted to approve vacating the sidewalk, the disturbance erupted involving the men, one of whom is a councilman's brother.

Police say 76-year-old Frederick Dudley and 51-year-old Ronald Deaton confronted each other, and things quickly escalated into some pushing and shoving and punching.

Officials stepped in and defused the situation.

Both men were arrested for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, and taken to the Pinellas County Jail where they were kept overnight and released the next day on bond.

I can only look at this video and LOL, OMG this is to funny!!!

A plot to kill discovered

  • Tarek Mehanna, above, is charged with lying to the FBI in December 2006 when questioned about the whereabouts and activities of Daniel J. Maldonado.
A 27-year-old Massachusetts man conspired to kill two prominent U.S. politicians and carry out a holy war by attacking shoppers in U.S. malls and American troops in Iraq, federal prosecutors said Wednesday as they announced his arrest.

Tarek Mehanna of Sudbury sought - but never received - training in terrorist camps and worked with others from 2001 to May 2008 on the conspiracy to "kill, kidnap, maim or injure" people in foreign countries and the politicians, authorities said.

The politicians were members of the executive branch who are no longer in office, authorities said. They refused to give their names.

Mehanna, who was living in a sprawling house with his parents, is charged with lying to the FBI in December 2006 when questioned about the whereabouts and activities of Daniel J. Maldonado, a former Methuen resident who was suspected of training at an Al Qaeda terrorist camp to overthrow the Somali government, The Boston Globe reported in November 2008.

An FBI affidavit unsealed in federal court in Boston Monday alleges that Mehanna told agents on Dec. 16, 2006, that he had known Maldonado for three or four years and that when he last spoke to him two weeks earlier, Maldonado was living in a suburb of Alexandria, Egypt, and working for a Web site, according to the Globe.

Prosecutors said Mehanna conspired with two other men: Ahman Abousamra, who authorities say is now in Syria, and an unnamed man, who is cooperating with authorities in the investigation.

The three men discussed their desire to participate in "violent jihad against American interests" and talked about "their desire to die on the battlefield," prosecutors said.

Mehanna had "multiple conversations about obtaining automatic weapons and randomly shooting people in shopping malls," Acting U.S. Attorney Michael Loucks said. Their plan was thwarted when they could only get handguns, not automatic weapons, he said. Prosecutors would not say which malls had been targeted.

I wonder how long does it really have to take for the someone to start acting on informant information, why does it take 2 years to discover these idiots terrorist plots?. 9/11 was not something that was discovered on that day of September 11, 2001, in fact, it was years in advance. The weird thing is that no one believe that it could happen. Now that we have saw the results of lax behavior, what are we going to do? We have one of two choices, we either cowboy up and move swiftly like a thief in the night, or are we continue to sit on our hands and wait for the messenger of death...

An Arkansas 10-year-old says he won't pledge to the flag until gays and lesbians have equal rights.

What does one say when this kid makes that kind of stand for liberty and justice for all? My first question would be, why is he worried about gays getting married? Where does he get this concept to make a protest of this kind. Maybe if he took on a issues of racism he might have a chance then, but lets be fair and impartial... The concepts of thought of a simple protest is cute but it is not going to change the minds of millions, so dream on little man and keep sitting!

My bright ideal to make money on the Internet

Two years ago I came up with this bright ideal that I was going to make money on the Internet. So little did I know at the time, that making money online is not easy. Joel Comm was my introduction to making money with Adsense. Joel gave a wonderful spill how he made it and how easy it would be if you followed his plan, hey he even had testimonies! Of course I figured if he could make money like that, I could do it as well. Now I've learned a couple of things over the years from guys who market on the net, when they are ready to share with you their secrets to success, it really is not a secret any more. Please understand they will help you to succeed but they share old secrets and when they figure out another technique they are always willing to give you the older technique a cut rate price. Some people have made money going at it that way. I did not want to follow old techniques, I knew that my ideals would help me rise to the top. You never know how foolish you are until you come up with a plan and realize that 10,000 other people have already thought of that ideal and you are late! I have learned that when you make your first internet dime that will be the hardest money that you will ever earn in your life. I worked 6 or 8 hours a day for 6 months before I made sixty cents. I worked hard and would email my friends to look at my site. Believe this, I did generate traffic, but it was not paying any bills. I was disappointed after my first week and I understand why people fail so miserably. Through all the success stories that you hear, none give you the true grit of what they had to go through to make it to the top! So that is where I come in at, its not easy and believe me when I say this that only the Strong survive in this business!
So just like a carpenter needs tools to become success, so do you... These are the tools that you will need to create successful on the net.

1. You need to have knowledge. There will be terms and abbreviations that you need to understand to make it in the blogger world or the online selling world. Now I recommend that you dedicate time and effort to not only study terms but understand how it effects you, or you will never achieve your goal on the net, to make money! Please realize that search engine optimization is very important!

2. Now you have to understand that traffic is the key to your success on the net. The more traffic that you generate the greater opportunity for you to make a steady income online. The more relevant the material the more likely you will have an opportunity to have someone start following you.

3. The Realization that there is no topic in the world that has not been introduced to the Internet. What does that have to do with you, picture this you want to blog about "ducks unlimited". So before you start blogging about the ducks, first go to Google and type in "ducks unlimited" Now what that tells you is this, 781,000 have written on that topic. So what you say? Let me break it down so that you can understand, If I could click 3,000 times in a day guess where I would never get to???

4. With out patience in the Internet world you will do what many people do, they give up and try something else... You need thick skin and all the attributes listed above to succeed. Remember that Rome was not built in a day, and if you were going to eat a whale how would you do it? One bite at a time! Take your time, learn while you go and the rest will happen for you!

A Tale of Two Pebbles

Think About This

In a small village a farmer owed a large sum of money to a village moneylender. The moneylender was old and ornery and fancied the farmer's beautiful daughter.

He said he would forgo the farmer's debt if he could marry the daughter. He suggested they let providence decide the matter. He would put a black and white pebble into an empty bag. Then the daughter would have to pick one pebble from the bag. If she drew the back pebble she would become his wife and her father's debt would be forgiven. But if she drew the white pebble she would not have to marry him and her father's debt would still be forgiven.

And if she refused to pick a pebble, her father would be thrown in jail.

As they were standing on a pebbled path the moneylender bent over and picked up two pebbles. The sharp-eyed daughter noticed that he picked up two black pebbles and placed them in the bag. He then asked her to pick a pebble.

She drew out a pebble. Without looking at it she let it fall onto the pebble-strewn path, where it became lost among the other pebbles.

"How clumsy of me, but never mind. If you look into the bag for the one that is left, you will be able to tell which pebble I picked," she said to the moneylender.

The remaining pebble is black, so it must be assumed she picked the white one. The moneylender dared not admit his dishonesty, and the girl changed what seemed an impossible situation into an advantageous one.

Moral? Most complex problems do have a solution. We must think, "What are my options?"

What are you waiting for?

Think About This
Are you waiting for the economy to turn around before you start that business you've always wanted?

Waiting for the right circumstances so you can go back to school and get the advanced degree you'd like to have?

Waiting for things to slow down at work or for the children to get older so you can write the book that's inside of you?

Waiting for (fill in the blank) before you do something about your weight and health?

Wait. Wait. Wait.

Now is NOT the time to WAIT!

The sooner you take positive action the faster you'll be on the road to rising above the recession or anything else that's holding you back.

Things are tough for some people right now, and they may be getting even tougher.

But that's EXACTLY why today, more than ever, you need a little something extra. You need an edge... you need an advantage unlike anything you've ever had before.

We've got that edge --- and a chance to put it to work in your life!

The year is only half over, which means you've got a full half year ahead of you to make some big things happen IF you don't wait any longer!

Finance Beyond Success works, try it... If it does not cost anything, what are you waiting for? You determine your destiny, It will not happen unless you step out on faith and believe!. http://tinyurl.com/yg4v2rn

Girl Sells sex to get money to go shopping

Girls sell sex in Hong Kong to earn shopping money

Most girls who engage in compensated dating don't view themselves as prostitutes, a social worker says.

Most girls who engage in compensated dating don't view themselves as prostitutes, a social worker says.

HONG KONG, China (CNN) -- She doesn't want to be identified, except by her nickname "Sze," and she has a secret past. Her father doesn't know what she did as a 16-year-old, and she hopes he never finds out. But Sze, now 19, wants young girls to hear her story so they never make the same mistake.

"My first customer was an ordinary man in his 40s. We skipped the dinner part and went straight to the guest house for sex," Sze recalled. "Actually, I was a bit scared, but I knew this was the only way I could get money. This customer wasn't bad, though. We just had sex, he paid, and then he left. I thought this was easy money, and that's why I continued doing this kind of thing."

For a year and a half, Sze was part of a growing social phenomenon among teens in Hong Kong called "compensated dating," a practice in which a young woman agrees to go on a date with a man for a fee. More often than not, the date involves sex.

Sze said she started compensated dating because many of her classmates at an all-girls school were doing it. She says she became jealous when she saw the designer clothes, bags and cosmetics they bought with the money they earned through compensated dating. Sze wanted the same for herself, so her classmates introduced her to Internet chat forums where she met male customers.

The practice can have deadly consequences. Last year, a 16-year-old Hong Kong girl was killed in a gruesome murder after she went to a 24-year-old man's apartment for a compensated date. The man, Ting Kai-Tai, killed the teenager, dismembered her body and flushed the remains down the toilet. A jury convicted him of murder and sentenced him to life in prison.

Sze told CNN she knew a compensated date could go horribly wrong. She would set ground rules with clients on the phone first. She charged them $350 for a date and clarified how many times she would have sex with them.

She said sometimes the customers would stray from the rules, asking for more sex or refusing to wear a condom.

"Sometimes, I did feel shame. I kept asking myself why I had to do this kind of thing to make money. But the feeling didn't stay long. I would relax when I wanted to buy something. I just thought I could always quit after a short time or whenever I wanted," Sze said.

Most girls who engage in compensated dating don't view themselves as prostitutes, said social worker Chiu Tak-Choi.

"For the girls, they don't think so because they think they can quit anytime. The girls -- even though they post their details on the Internet -- they think they can quit. Even if they encounter the guys, if he is not good-looking, she can quit and say 'I don't do it.' They think they have a lot of power to control whether they do it or not, so they think of it very differently from prostitution."

Chiu, the social worker, is currently working with about 20 girls who are trying to leave the world of compensated dating. It is hard to quantify how big the problem is in Hong Kong because the business is conducted under the radar, he said.

Chiu believes the problem is getting worse because his caseload has doubled in the past two years.

Prostitution is illegal in Hong Kong, and legal experts say that compensated dating is a form of prostitution. "The law prohibits soliciting for immoral purpose," said Stephen Hung, a criminal litigator with Pang, Wan & Choi. "When a court looks at sentencing, the greater the age difference, the more serious it (the sentence) is."

Why do young girls get involved in compensated dating? The reasons vary from an unstable home life to a desire for material goods, Chiu said.

One 14-year-old girl told him she started compensated dating when she lost her cell phone. She said her parents wouldn't buy her a new one, so she thought she could earn some fast money with paid sex. She had her eye on an expensive cell phone. When the money from the first compensated date didn't cover the cost for the new phone, she went on a second paid date.

Girls involved in compensated dating don't necessarily come from poor families, Chiu said. They are from all levels of socioeconomic classes, he said. Improved family communication is one solution to preventing girls from becoming involved in compensated dating, Chiu said.

"The family has to do its part. I think caring for children is very important. Whenever they have problems, they can ask someone for help."

Sze said she was saved by a social worker who stepped in on her behalf. After a pregnancy scare and a number of unpredictable customers, Sze said her self-esteem plummeted. The social worker helped her get back on track.

"She helped me understand that making money respectably is actually not that hard in Hong Kong. I finally realized that it was wrong to make money by selling my body. It just wasn't worth it."

Sze now works at a hair salon to earn a living. She has tried to talk her old friends out of compensated dating, but they are not listening, she said.

"They felt annoyed when I talked to them about this. I'm now reluctant to get in touch with them. They just tell me they're different. Maybe they have more serious family problems or some other burdens. I know I can't control their thinking, so I just stopped trying to help them."

NAS; Open Letter to Young Warriors.

What a shame that he had to see a death to realize that what he used to rap about created death! The Reality is this plain and simple, if no one steps up, how do you expect to step in? We were fortunate enough to have a cell phone that recorded the death, but why does no one really want to stand for whats right?

Violence Condemned at Funeral of Beaten Teen

If you have no passion from this, you are probably not fogging up the glass.

New Born Baby Raped And Beaten By Father

Unbelievable that this young sicko would do such a thing. I don't think that the time of a trial should be wasted on this low life. I mean they should castrate this individual and leave him jail for the rest of his natural life...

Family Needs Assistance

Family Needs Assistance

I am the only one working, my wife's job closed. She is currently drawing unemployment but still cannot afford to buy medication or go to the doctor. Since then she has had to go to the emergency room twice, between the two trips we have added $1,200 dollars more to our debt. We applied for assistance and was told we made to much money. We are a family of five(5) and we are barely making it. We are job hunting, but to add insult to injury one of the cars is broke down.

We asked the church for help and they did give us a small donation. I am glad I work at pizza place so we do eat every night

We are days away from foreclosure and to be we need help. Please help if you can.

Video helps police capture the boys that committed the beating

CHICAGO (CBS/AP) Fenger High School honor student Albert Derrion's beating death was brutal. But the murder is made all the more painful for family and friends by the presence of a cell phone video which captures Derrion's final moments.

Photos: Derrion Albert Beating Death Video

Albert's grandfather Joshua Walker said he hasn't seen it and never will. "I don't think I'll ever watch it," Walker told CBS' The Early Show. "I wasn't there to protect my grandson so I'll never watch that tape."

Even the mother of one of the alleged killers refuses to see it, even though she has defended her son, Silvonus Shannon's, alleged role.

"Silvonus is not a bad kid," Tamaray Shannon told the Chicago Tribune. "He was protecting himself. Silvonus is not what they are making him out to be."

Screen Cap Shows Beating Death of Derrion Albert.

The cell phone footage, which has been distributed widely across the Web and television, clearly shows a group of teens viciously kicking and striking 16-year-old Albert with wooden planks. When Albert tries to get up he is hit again with wooden plank. Then a crowd of young men gathers around him, delivering vicious blows.

Albert was dragged away from the melee, but too much damage had been done. He died in the hospital.

As painful as the video is to watch, it has been a boon to investigators, who have now arrested who they believe are the four teens directly responsible for Albert's death.

Prosecutors charged Silvonus Shannon, 19, Eugene Riley, 18, Eric Carson, 16, and Eugene Bailey, 18, with first-degree murder, said Tandra Simonton, a spokeswoman for the prosecutor's office.

The violence stemmed from a shooting early Thursday morning involving two groups of students from different neighborhoods, said Simonton.

So disappointing that a fight leads to death. Unfortunately these Einsteins of the world had no ideal when giving someone a beat down, does have a limit! To beat someone to death is over the top. The extreme violence that is associated with most games is what fuels the passion for violence with our kids today... When is enough going to be enough? If its not the cowardly actions of a drive by shooting, now its this??? To be honest I don't think that these kids really grasp the true concepts of death. To make matters worse when they are going to be sentenced to 60 or 70 years in jail, and several will have a dumbfounded look on their face, "like what did I do to get this"?

The Law of the Garbage Truck

Think About This

One day I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport. We were driving in the right lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of the parking space right in front of us. My taxi driver slammed on his brakes, skidded, and missed the other car by just inches! The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us. My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. And I mean, he was really friendly. So I asked, "Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the Hospital!" This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, "The Law of the Garbage Truck."

He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment. As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they'll dump it on you. Don't take it personally. Just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on. Don't take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home, or on the streets. The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day.

Life's too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so... Love the people who treat you right. Pray for the ones who don't.

Life is ten percent what you make it and ninety percent how you take it!

Have a blessed, garbage-free day!

Married man refuses to pay prostitute child support

Married man refuses to pay prostitute child support

Prostitute

No support ... the accidental dad said he'd had "a consumer transaction" with the child's mother.

  • Man paid prostitute for sex
  • She gave birth to his baby
  • He is refusing to pay child support

A MAN who paid a woman for sex is resisting child support requests after the prostitute had his baby.

The married Melbourne man argues the child is potentially a breach of the Trade Practices Act.

He told a federal magistrate he shouldn't have to pay for the inadvertent offspring given the circumstances of the conception, the Herald Sun reports.

The accidental dad - who can be referred to only by the pseudonym Mr Lilley - told magistrate Grant Riethmuller he'd had "a consumer transaction" with the child's mother.

Mr Lilley argued an implied term of the "contract" between clients and sex workers was that women would take measures to avoid pregnancy.

Mr Lilley told the court he was not disputing paternity.

The prostitute - known only by the pseudonym Ms Logan - did not appear in court, and details of her employer were not publicly revealed.

The magistrate heard Mr Lilley initially contributed about $100 a week towards the infant's upkeep under an informal arrangement with Ms Logan. The matter spilled into court in June after he lost his $140,000-a-year job and fell behind in the payments.

Mr Riethmuller heard the man already had a child with his ill wife, and was struggling to support his family financially after taking a hefty pay cut in a new job.

The man used the legal action to question whether the sex worker and the Federal Government's Child Support Agency had any right to chase him for money.

In an affidavit, he argued the woman's basis for seeking support was "fundamentally flawed" given her job.

But in a ruling issued this week, the magistrate said the circumstances of the conception made no difference to the child's entitlements under the Child Support Scheme.

The man was ordered to keep paying $100 a week until a likely appeal to the Social Securities Appeal Tribunal.

The magistrate noted the door might be open for the dad to launch legal action against the owners of the brothel or escort service - or the mother individually - for damages.

Sex without a condom is illegal in licensed Victorian brothels and escort agencies.

I totally agree with the concept of a contractual agreement for sex and only sex. Think of it like this, if you jumped into a taxi cab and paid to go out of town, completed the journey and paid the fee, and the car broke down. It would not be your responsibility to fix that car. When you paid the fee to get to your destination you released hired that individual and the car getting fixed is his obligation! The exchange of money for sex terminates all rights of a woman to make a claim.

To make a man pay for this child opens up Pandora's box. Which in turn creates more problems for the man and woman in the long wrong. There would always be a situations where women would be getting pregnant on purpose. With the intent on getting what she can get.
