Many people viewed sex, as a act, but when you open the floodgates of your mind, it can be an ART!

I recently had a thought that came to mind and I wondered how many people view sex. As a art or an

act. Now ofcourse as I have gotten older my views have changed significantly. You see at one point I did view it has a act with a fore gone conclusion. That would be a beginning middle and a ending. So as I thought about it, I realize that the intimate moment changed with the date time and day. Now the difference does come with time, at one point in my life it was all about me and then her. Now fast forward 25 years later and I realize that not only did I change but my concept on life and everything in between did as well.
How I viewed sex as an act had now changed and my reality is that it was something much more than a mere act, but an intense level of an art. You see with every master piece created it needed a begin and a reason. I love the 5 W's the who, what, where, why and when. So what does the 5 W's have to do with sex being an art...

Well let me begin with the first and most important the Who. The who is what generates the emotion to create a level of passion that makes your legs week and your toes curl!
The Why is the second most important of the W's simply because you have a reason why you both are having a meeting of the mind to meet in the middle.

That is how the intimate level of is established

The What, Where, and When are also important elements in the art of sex. The What refers to the physical and emotional aspects of the encounter - what you and your partner are doing and feeling during the experience. The Where can influence the mood and level of intimacy, as well as providing new and exciting opportunities to explore. The When can also play a role, as the timing of the encounter

can create anticipation and build excitement.

Overall, the idea that sex can be viewed as an art rather than just an act highlights the importance of communication and connection between partners. It's not just about physical pleasure or fulfilling a need, but about creating a meaningful and memorable experience that deepens the bond between two people. As we grow and evolve over time, our perspectives on sex and intimacy may also change, leading to new and fulfilling experiences.

Why we need communication and how it helps to make our relationships, stonger!!!

Communication is often the most critical factor in determining the success or failure of a relationship. In today's world, it's easy for passion to overshadow the importance of open and honest communication.

Too often, people base their relationships on physical attraction or fleeting moments of pleasure, instead of taking the time to build a strong foundation of mutual respect and understanding.

To create a truly fulfilling relationship, you must first define what you want and need in a partner. This requires knowing yourself and your values, and being willing to hold out for someone who shares those same qualities. Relationships that are built on substance and a deep connection tend to be the ones that last a lifetime.

However, many people fall into the trap of repeating the same mistakes in their relationships, hoping for a different outcome. This approach is not only futile but can lead to a lifetime of unhappiness. It's important to take the time to get to know your partner on a deeper level and to communicate your needs and expectations clearly.

Effective communication involves both mental and physical aspects. It's not enough to simply talk to your partner; you must also be willing to listen and to understand their perspective.

When conflicts arise, it's important to approach them with empathy and a willingness to compromise.

Ultimately, successful relationships require time, effort, and a willingness to be vulnerable. By being honest with yourself and your partner, and by making communication a priority, you can build a strong foundation for a lasting and fulfilling relationship.

Pete Carroll is the first and only coach to win back to back national championship in college football and almost back to back superbowl championship

Pete Carroll came very close to achieving the rare feat of winning back-to-back national championships in college and Super Bowls as a head coach. His Seattle Seahawks made it to the Super Bowl in 2015, but they were unable to secure the victory in the final seconds of the game against the New England Patriots. Despite that loss, Carroll's accomplishments as a coach are still incredibly impressive, and he remains one of the most successful coaches in college and professional football history

.Did you know that Pete Carrol would have been the only coach to win back to back in titles as a college coach and back-to-back Superbowl titles in

2014 and 2015, but lost to New England in the final seconds of the 2015 game?

Winning a championship at any level of sport is a great accomplishment, but winning championships at both the college and professional levels is quite rare. Winning back-to-back championships in both college and the NFL is an even rarer feat, which is why it is significant.

Winning back-to-back national championships in college football is a very difficult task because of the number of teams involved and the level of competition. Winning a Super Bowl in the NFL is also a difficult task because of the number of talented teams in the league.

Coaches who have achieved both of these feats have demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead and motivate their teams to success. It takes exceptional coaching, strategic planning, and the ability to develop and execute a winning game plan to achieve these feats.

Additionally, winning back-to-back championships in both college and the NFL requires sustained success over several years, which is a testament to the coach's ability to build a winning program and maintain it over time. It is a significant accomplishment and a testament to the skill and dedication of the coaches who have achieved it.

UK is barring Ms Shamima Begum from returning to the UK

The is about a court ruling that has upheld the decision to bar Ms Shamima Begum from returning to the UK. Ms Begum left her home in east London in 2015 with two school friends t

o join the so-called Islamic State group in Syria. She went on to marry an ISIS fighter and had three children, all of whom died. Her British citizenship was stripped in 2019 on national security grounds, and this decision was later upheld by the Supreme Court after Ms Begum’s lawyers lodged an appeal with the Special Immigration Appeals Commission.

During a five-day hearing in November, Ms Begum’s lawyers argued that the then home secretary had failed to consider whether she was a child victim of trafficking when making the decision to deprive her of her citizenship. They alleged that she had been groomed by the terror group along with her friends at the age of 15 to join ISIS.

In its judgement, the commission concludes that there was credible suspicion that Ms Begum was trafficked to Syria for the purposes of sexual exploitation as a child. It also concluded that there were “arguable breaches of duty” by state bodies in allowing her to travel to the country.

However, Mr Justice Jay ruled that even if Ms Begum was trafficked, this did not override the legal power of the home secretary to make a national security decision to strip her of her

citizenship. The judge added that the commission was concerned by the security services’ “apparent downplaying of the significance of radicalisation and grooming, in stating that what happened to Ms Begum is not unusual.”

Ms Begum’s lawyers have said the fight is “nowhere near from over” and will challenge the ruling. Amnesty International and other rights groups repeated criticism of the use of “racist” citizenship-stripping powers and called on the UK government to assist in the safe return of its citizens stranded in Syria, including Ms Begum.

So why cannt't she go back?

It is true that change is inevitable, and it can affect many aspects of our lives, including our relationship

It is true that change is inevitable, and it can affect many aspects of our lives, including our

relationships. However, it is also true that who we are and what we believe can remain constant even in the face of change.

Relationships come and go and sometimes change happens," it is important to note that people change over time, in appearance, circumstances and belief but the dynamics of a relationship sill always evolve into something more. However, it is also possible for certain aspects of a relationship to remain constant, such as the values, beliefs, and qualities that we bring to our relationships.

It is important to recognize that qualities you may possess may be important in creating, maintaining and building a relationship. People learn, grow, and develop new qualities over

time, and it is possible for a person to work on improving these qualities within themselves or within a relationship. It is also important to note that different people may prioritize different qualities in a relationship, and what is important to one person may not be as important to another.

In summary, while change is inevitable and can impact our relationships, it is possible for certain aspects of ourselves and our relationships to remain constant. Additionally, while certain qualities may be important in a relationship, it is important to recognize that people can learn and grow, and that different people may prioritize different qualities in a relationship.
