We are happy to eat on the run. The convenience of never having to cook and eat fast food is our life style. Now we rush to do nothing.Now 4 out of 10 people that you see are either overweight or obese. Now exercise is something you used to do! Please quit killing yourself. Even if you do nothing but walk around the block and eat a fruit... Thats a start. Try promoting a healthy diet with exercise death! Instead of Mc Donalds and the Big Mac.
That way when you look in the mirror you can see less than what you see now! Make health your issue and loosing weight your priority! Eat less and live longer...
